Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your scrubs. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size and color changes if the item is still in stock.
Non-returnable items
- Final sale items
- Discounted clearance items
- Worn or damaged products
- Items without tags
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
